Recent rainy weather has brought cooler temperatures in the Houston area. I'm enjoying this tonight

Last few days Delights.
Oliva V Robusto

Johnny O '13
Plugged so tight I put it down within the first inch.

Upmann Connie No.1 '12
Much better. What a cigar !

Fume Clemente

Oliva V Robusto

Cromag Mandible
My very last of the box from '13. No bands yet. They did not age as well as I had hoped. I will miss the cigars, but not the vitola. It is ok though as I have more Cromags coming.

I don't smoke a lot of Pete's stuff, but when I do, I'm never disappointed.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

I might not be correct but I don't think Pete blends the Surrogates. I think he "lent" his blessing to get the line off the ground. I'm sure he was involved (It was always his contact RE: My Father Factory) but Dan & the other Johnson brothers are driving the cart. This is, of course, not a footnoted statement. I believe I recall this from IPCPR when they were originally released.

You might be right, Craig. I suppose I should say that I don't smoke a lot of cigars that Pete has blessed.kurtdesign1 wrote:I might not be correct but I don't think Pete blends the Surrogates. Still, I don't smoke a lot of Pete's stuff. I enjoy his stuff occasionally, but I don't go out of my way to buy it, you know?

Well, it took 3 cigars to get to CO, but the 4th tastes just as good at the Longmont lounge with the DE crew!!

Turn em on to Half Ashed!
Good to see you made it, Ian. Spit on my folks house when you head up 70 past Wellington on your way back. They're within earshot of the highway.
