Like I said in chat last night, I would try one again. The connie wrapper on these just puts me off a bit.
*Not sure if that's a CT wrapper. I know its origin is Ecuador, but other than that Luis has never said a specific varietal...

I am speculating, but I get that same flavor profile from all connies. Plus the fragility, look and smell is very very familiar. I stay away from connies because of all this. It might even be an Ec Sumatran, but then it should be a bit darker and thicker....

And THIS is why there's so much room in the market for so many different cigar blends. @Stewmuse didn't like these AR all, but I'm digging this one myself....

WOW this year old Winter Blend is much different than they were a year ago. Actually seems like they are up in flavor. Still smooth but much more flavorful than I remember last year. Im diggin it(Kip quote)

Based on Craig's recommendation, I'm having a Padron Damaso tonight. No pic because it's dark...

I would to get into pipe, but it seems uber complicated to me.
If I'm not mistaken, Craig and Kip, but I remember hearing that you guys were going to do a pipe show.
I mean, this was a couple of shows back, so I could be wrong.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

They did a show a while back.
Im just getting into it. Like riding a bike once you get the hang of it. Alot cheaper than cigars. A really good bowl of pipe tobaccy is $1.50 or less.
I'm loving the Virginia / Perique blends like golden above. Also Frog Morton on the Bayou,
