Another VERY pleasant cigar from Camacho, the American Barrel Aged. Really fine from the outset and tasty all the way through. Only the second Camacho (after the Ecuador) that I've ever enjoyed.

More test blend tasting. Brazilia mata fina, Connecticut broadleaf, corojo viso, and Nicaraguan ligero, inside a Dominican binder and Honduran wrapper. This is pretty good. I'll have to call it something like "The Whole Planet" or perhaps the "Frequent Flyer."

Pretty damn fine herf. Didn't get to bed until 4:30am. I got to see the northern lights dancing in the sky though. It was an amazing sight !

Bobalu Oscuro robusto. I rec'd a box of these last February and quickly had two of them. Fairly offputting, with a heavy grassy flavor and aroma. Had a couple more over the past 6 months. They're getting better, andthe grassiness is still there, but less dominant. It's quite pleasant when retrohaling. A decidedly unique cigar.
