These have the most delicate wrappers I've ever experienced, with nearly every one cracking when they're cut. It's funny, I actually got into a bit of a spat with the gent I bought them from (Handlers are a common thing in Cuba. I'm sure Zed can explain more than I). Way back when, these showed up with 5 or 6 from the bundle having split heads & caps. I tried to get them replaced but there was really nothing that could be done. It's not like I got them from a B&M or something. Because of the difficulty in smoking them, they just sat wrapped in plastic wrap, deep in the bottom of my cabinet. Every year or so I'd unwrap them and give one a try, nearly always thinking I had been wronged. It was only recently that I put on my big boy pants and realized that I still had some cigars left that could be enjoyed. Saturday was my first time submitting to the cigar. I knew the wrapper was a problem so I just removed it after the split experienced when I cut. Why the hell not? The flavors were so enjoyable that I even sent a text to Kip saying specifically "Cigars this good are a gift from God."
It easily shoehorned its way into my top 5 cigars of the year. What an experience.
Farmies have just never been my thing. I just don't get the same thing everyone else does. There is a guy a couple hours from me that just got a few bundles of VR Farmies and is smoking them like crazy already, because they are apparently just that good right now. I am glad someone enjoys them, I wish I was in that crowd...

These have to be one of the best current releases from Habanos in a regular production cigar. Fan-freakin-tastic !!!! If anyone has a chance to try anything Habanos, please request this cigar. Overall great production line from them so far, and quick to sell out. I had to order mine before I got to Cuba as they are sold out everywhere...says something about the popularity, eh [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

These have become so smooth and rich in what I can only describe as spicey tobacco flavor. Very good, and am glad they haven't gone over their peak yet. I need to smoke more before they do.
