I think I am most disappointed that Kurt smoked such a massive cigar and there was no picture, no forum comment about it, nothing... some BOTL

Anyways a pic of the HC Red label Corojo toro Bob sent me. The HC bundles are solid solid smokes, but of the 2 types I have had I think I lean towards the White label.

Last nights Delight.

The unbanded Reynaldo Corona Gorda '14

I agreed with so much of the tasting notes. Too bad it is nowhere near as good as it once was. What a different cigar.

I had actually sent one of those to Kurt a year before I gave the unbanded. I remember he said it was a really good cigar. ImageImage

Hands down my favorite Warped Image
Well-aged Undercrown Toro Image
Rustic 1990 mini belly — best size I’ve had in this line Image
Las Calaveras 2017 — not aging to well. 16 is still the best I’ve had IMO Image
Crowned Head Tennessee Waltz — OOOOOOOWWW-EEEE THIS IS GOOD Image
Nick Melillo’s Charter Oak Maduro Robusto — box worthy, all-universe selection. Best “budget stick” I’ve ever had! Image

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

I did not like that Hacienda. I had two shortly after their release and found them unquestionably too strong for my tastes. The shop owner praised their strength partnered with flavor so I always thought they were another one Casa Fernandez type, where they were blended for a palate other than my own.
Regarding Charter Oak, I'm clueless. This one snuck past me. What's the deal??

Charter Oak comes in both Connecticut and Conn Broadleaf. It’s Nick’s “budget stick” — boxes as low as $80. Great construction and flavors off these, Craig! The Broadleaf isn’t overpowering; well-bodied. The Conn is delicious with espresso!!!

Whoa, espresso flavors from the connecticut? When you say the broadleaf isn't overpowering do you mean the cigar as a whole or the wrapper flavor itself?
