GL Pease Abingdon was smoked, late, for the show Friday.
I am definitely getting rhe hang of the packing and smoking cadence thing. At one point, I didnt even have to relight for a whole 3 minutes.... . I believe this was a touch wet though.
The pipe cleaner down the stem while smoking was a great tip. Got rid of a bit of gurgle I had. After that moisture was soaked up, it smoked better and I actually slowed down a bit. Never had the gurgle return. ImageImage

Revisiting that Habana Daydream that didn't impress me a few weeks ago. It's not too bad mixed with the Vintage Syrian. Image

That Vintage Syrian wakes up any blend. Really enjoy it.

Thankfully, the power came back shortly after my last post....but I still couldn't sleep. Got up about 3 and I'm already 2 bowls deep into the morning. Watching reruns of the collegiate football games I missed over the weekend and having some Navigator in a late 60s/early 70s Caminetto Image

Some calm time to prepare this week's English lessons, with a bit of FVF in a diminutive GBD Virgin. Image

Class is done. Kids' homework done. Wife's in bed. I have an hour to relax, with some SyFy channel (Face off) and a bowl of Navigator. Dig it. Image

A little Marlin Flake in an early Rad Davis. This is the pipe that started my fascination with MF, and still smokes it like nobody's business. Image
