Pleasant enough, fairly mild, at a decent price point (~$5.50). Good enough to try the other wrappers.
Good in the Connecticut, too, Mike!!!!

What a great morning. Might as well smoke a great cigar. Enjoy

Alec Bradley Coyol. Palate-coating full bodiedness — pepper, earth, beautiful coffee and dried fruit. Image
Huge fan of the Padilla Reserva — just the Maduro Image
Tennessee Waltz. Haven’t had a good one yet. Draw is just too damn tight. Have to pitch the last two I’ve smoked Image Image
Humidor diving and found a Casa Trompeta Nicaragua from a band date of 10/16. Thank you again for sharing your hand-rolled, Mike Image

Good Lord these are so good. It'd been a long, long, time. I'm definitely going to take Luis up on his offer to stop by the factory and grab a few.... Image

Well, a little bit shy of its 3rd birthday, but it has matured nicely. Pretty smooth for all Nicaraguan, perhaps because of the very attractive corojo wrapper.

Tried out the new 'cigar' punch I acquired. It punched fine, but unfortunately this was the first of these Gran Habano Vintage cigars I have had that was just rubbish from a performance standpoint. Okay flavor, but burned all kinds of wonky and kept wanting to put itself out. I gave up 1/2 way.

When those get a couple years on them they'll settle down. The youth wreaks havoc on the Habano wrapper.
