Spent the morning at a privately funded elementary school, ages about 3-8. Public schooling is available in the DR, but not really everywhere, so people create what they can. Yeah. There's a dog on the roof...

After a tasty lunch, we went to La Fabrica, a new, small cigar shop and hung out on their patio for awhile.
