Some end of the year victories on cbid. My humidor, cooler, and some random tupperware cannot hold a single additional cigar. Down for a winter nap my pretties!
Nice haul. Always have a few chillin moose, brickhouse, uhc's on hand. Enjoy.

Got a couple things to fill up the 50-count on the return of my Ma from the island. They went into the fridge for a day, now in the freezer for a couple, then back into the fridge for another day. I will do this to everything coming off the island now.
I also got another bottle of the good stuff. Kurt will be a bit jealous ^_^
I will never run out of Connie A's. I can't think of any cigar I want to reach for more, other than maybe a Parti 898. Well priced on the island, and in my mind, well worth it. These are aging like a dream in the short time they have been released. ImageImageImageImageImage

Wonder if they know they've misspelled "Connoisseur" in that first image? Seems like a little due diligence would go a long way when naming your special cigar lines.

Yup, it was originally misspelled when they ordered the bands, I believe, so they just kept it. The A's were the only ones originally wrong and now I think they just kept it with the B's..

No winning, just some really badly needed stocking up on regular smokes. Since I smoke mainly CCs these days, I need to replenish the stock.

I'm pissing my pants over those Juan Lopez wrappers. Beautiful. Also, never once noticed that the Connies are misspelled. Funny and not at all surprising.

On a side note, Topcubans .com is having some rather interesting sales at the moment. The belle of the ball are boxes of Upmann Half Coronas for $79. That's a 25 count of a short rothschild... for roughly $3/stick. TC is a legit retailer and apparently there are other items on discount but none as spicy to me as the HUHCs. Good luck and happy shopping.

Nice call ! I hope you get there before my friends that I have told now....heh. Those Half Coronas are so good, just too bad they are so short.

But $3/stick is an appropriate price for a 3-1/2" premium cigar. That's what they always should have been.
