I went through quite a number of those toward the end of the Dogwatch days. I believe they lost their US distribution, although I may be misrememebering. Sometimes I confuse details between Doña Flor and Monte Pascoal. Come to think of it, I'm not sure either company has an American presence at the moment.

I checked in on Doña Flor. The last post from their USA distribution arm was Dec 2014. Chris Edge, the guy who was managing their operations appears to be selling real estate in Utah now...

Hmmm. To be honest I've never heard of it, but I have to say I really enjoyed it. Like smoking a Basin that take a sharp turn into a fume de amor, I was presently surprised.

I dug around because I knew we'd talked about them in the early Half Ashed days. I don't see mention of them after episode 022, when they were bringing the Alonso Méndez to the American market.
