Something new from General. Not life changing, but a good solid smoke. An honest B+ at the first inch (#TWSS). Construction is very good, although the one I gave Nick had some burn/smoke production issues. It has a *slight* bit of Nicaraguan pepper spice, but without a strength overload. I like it and would buy if the price is right...

Some nice stuff in the last page or two. I've got a soft spot for the Caminos, for some reason. I don't recall their profile but they've left an impression on me somehow. That new blue Cohiba is gorgeous. As close to a homogenized looking wrapper as I've seen in a while. Gorgeous. Ian, that beer screams you. I'm not sure any of our members could pull that pairing off as you can. Too funny. Maybe it's because you look like the closest to a hippy that we have here :)
As with all Padrons, I want them. The 90th have got to be good and the Naturals have a history of appealing to me. I don't recall if I've ever smoked a Natural 1926. Were there similarities?

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

A day started and ended with cigars. Woke up early and rolled 14 Nicaraguan cigars, did some final grade compilations with a Four Kicks, and then spent the evening with one of the very last cigars I have that include Peruvian tobacco. That'll do...

Huh. Essentially the same ring gauge as the robusto size (48 vs. 50) but not quite as good. Still decent, esp for the cost.

Monday nights Delights.

My last of the box. Sad to see them go, but happy I got to smoke them. Very good cigars. Image

That natural 90th was Strong...kicked my tail. This Maduro is much sweeter and strong coffee flavor. Love the Padron transitions.Image

Haven't had many of these this year. Gonna have to rethink that.
