Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

Cigar Hauls
I knew something was wrong once I opened the box; little pieces of tobacco all over, then a cigar -- front and center -- with a punctured hole through the cello into the cigar (looked pretty deep). Upon further inspection, underneath the bottom 10 cigars, more tobacco scraps and some of the bugs. It sucked! I would take a picture, but the cigars have been double-bagged and placed back in the box ready to go back from where it came!IWinchester wrote:Damn!! Local B&M just got a box of these. So I grabbed a fiver for $60. Now to see if they are worth it.

Re: Cigar Hauls
Got some really good prices on a few cigars with which I either was initially unimpressed (La Aurora Barrel Aged) or they gradually fell out of favor (RP Sun Grown, RP Vintage 1990), plus a couple of regular denizens of my humidors (Torano Exodus 1959 Gold, Camacho Ecuador). At the last minute, i got a GREAT deal (less than $4.00/cigar) on the box of Undercrown Shade.

Re: RE: Re: Cigar Hauls
With the Maduros I would suggest taking the cello off of them and letting them breathe better. They lose a bunch of their sharpness more quickly if you take them out of the cello. Much more enjoyable. Nice grab other than the bugs....f.sinagra wrote:
