Finally stumbled across a good "horror" film (more of a western, but with a horror bent), plus a very pleasing Honduran blend with a maduro Ecuadoran wrapper.

It's been a good morning. A quick trip to the grocery store, made breakfast for the girls, prepared a couple of appetizers (crab salad stuffed tomatoes and baked, pancetta wrapped dates), and now a cigar and some trumpet before an early afternoon cigar gathering. Oh, and the weather is perfect, too. Drat...

Kombucha shandy pairing well with this Crux. If you like the full flavored/medium strength stuff then Crux has your number.

Spent the afternoon with Doug Schuler at his house which has a magnificent koi pond (formerly, a swimming pool) instead of a back yard. Gorgeous day, too!

Well, I've rolled and smoked a number cigars using the entubado method. Perhaps I've done something wrong, but frankly, I don't notice any difference. I'm gonna chalk up that technique as "cigar voodoo." Just sayin...
