Lighter Repair

Post by RockPaperScissors » Fri Jan 09, 2015 10:31 pm

I have an old torch flame lighter that doesn't work, needs repair. Since it was a gift from my lovely wife I hesitate to throw it away. It’s shape resembles a Siglo lighter, but it has no brand stamp or identifying marks. Anyone know about a repair shop I could send it too?

What is wrong with it ? Maybe it can be fixed at home with a bit of guidance.

Managed to take the lighter apart. It was a one piece molded plastic assembly, Reluctantly I tossed it in the trash. Time to let it go.
