Rump cap. Rubbed in cajun spice, sous vide for 3.5hrs followed by a hot sear. Delicious! Image

Welp.. I decided to go with a more... Tubed varietal of steak. Cooked on the stovetop in a pan of shallow H2O and served on a steamed 'roll' with dill and mustard. Accompanied by some sour cream and onion crisps and a cherry soft drink.


True Luxury (Basically my entire days value of sodium and sugar)
