Giveaways?

The other post provoked this question: What would make you as a listener respond or choose NOT to respond to a giveaway? We've had some rather nice giveaways that have only had ~5 entries. That has always been surprising to me. What gives?

I don't respond when I don't have answers for you. Some of your contests require actual work to find the answer, rather than something we can compile from our own knowledge or desires. Maybe just make your giveaways live on the show.

I seriously considered this...
But then I figured that's an awful lot of people who each download 500 episodes of the show weekly. Me, maybe. 5 other people? doubtful
