I'm originally from a little place just NE of Knoxville, and parts of our families still live there. If you ever end up stopping in Johnson City you should check out the Libation Station. A craft beer and cigar oasis in the middle of the East TN desert. The selection is pretty impressive for the area and worth the trip even if the service is lacking.
