Overly humidified cigars???

I posted this comment elsewhere, and thought I'd throw it out here as well. Thoughts? Do you think we are correct? Did simple moisture (at a crazy level) do this, or is there another cause?

Trying to review a cigar today, but its wrapper is about 2 sizes too big for the stick. Craig and I determined a few weeks ago that the B&M I got them from has likely caused the issue, so I'm scrubbing the review. I bought several of this line from them, all with this problem. While there I noticed several boxes with mold in their humidor. I'm assuming their humidity is way out of whack, causing this kind of rumpling in the wrapper leaf.

My brothers humi peaks like crazy at times and I've seen darker, thicker wrappers like that do the same thing
