Florida grown tobacco

The current issue of Cigar Snob has a nice article on Jeff Borysiewicz' new plantation/venture. Give it a read, as it's much better than the Girafalo article I railed about last week!

They've been growing for a few years, right? So we should be seeing a blend with that tobacco in it soon

According to the article, they've just recently started testing blends and don't expect any cigars for quite awhile, Ian.

I'm fairly certain we discussed this a few months back. DE comes to mind and some sort of American or Florida release. I don't recall specifics but I thought there was mention of a product this was going to be used for. Kip? You'll remember.

They've been tinkering with blends for a while. Nothing formalized yet, I believe. I know some cigars with the leaf made it out of the Cigar Safari this past Spring, but I believe they were attendees' own blends.
