So in late 2015 I was roughly 275 lbs. At 5’10 or most heights that is t great to say the least. So I decided to try to drop weight and figured being in the 220s was more than realistic by the 2020 new year. I didnt join any gyms or join any crazy diet fads. I mostly walked a lot more and really dropped my soda intake as well as not eating out anywhere near as much. So basically I quit eating tons of crap and started being more active. The results? 228 this morning so yes I barely made my goal, but the finish line was crossed nonetheless. It gives me hope in continuing this journey knowing it was the result of true lifestyle changes as opposed to some pill or gimmicks.

Sorry if this isn’t the place for this and I hope all of you have a Happy New Year

Good on you. It really does make a difference, when you eat better. Diet is a lot of the battle.
