Craig suggested that since (historically, for me) my tomatoes pretty stop ripening on the vine after their big summer explosion, that I hang them upside down to help the stragglers redden. Did this to my larger tomatoes, but not the cherry and Juliets. We will see! In the meantime, i turned a bunch of the previous gathering into some bangin'' bruschetta with mozzarella cheese (the picture just shows a 1/3 of what was made)and a tomato/cucumber/onion salad. Total yum!

That's the stuff, Michael! Good luck. If they're getting any sun in the afternoon (which it looks like they're facing west on the back of your shed), than I think you'll have good results. I have done this in my shed when it's after the first frost (to protect the goods) and it's worked moderately. I've been told more sun is best though. Not exactly sure why.
