Mac and cheese... kinda

Well, mac and cheese inspired. Cook some pasta (whatever your preference), then add some chorizo (here with peppers and onions), and then top with some real cheese (not the powder crap in the box). I used pepper jack to add some more heat to the chorizo. Pair with your favorite pasta beverage to wash it down. I suppose you could add an egg to it and have it for breakfast!
