Salsa/Pico

Post by Stewmuse » Sat Jun 18, 2016 1:09 pm

For the past year or so, I've made several varieties of salsas and (mostly) picos. Made very simple batches of pico rojo and verde yesterday. Tried topping a burger with them today, along with some pepper jack cheese. The verde was, to me, the surprising winner, but, yeah, they both rocked!
