Another of the dishes from last week's Low-country cooking class. Fried green tomatoes with a spicy remoulade. Pretty durn fine...

I've had this dish very successfully and very unsuccessfully. There's a restaurant which shares its name in Galena that has a perfect rendition. I'd love having that more often. Recipe, Mike?
