Cooking classes?

If you've never tried one, let me recommend that you do. I've taken a half dozen or so over the past 2+ years, and have found something easy and tasty in each one. We did a low-country cuisine meal last night - fried green tomatoes, jambalaya, buttermilk fried chicken thighs, and jalapeno/honey cornbread muffins. Wanted to do the maters tonight, but couldn't find any green ones at the store, so I opted to do the muffins. Found a few differences in flavor that we are owing to corn meal brand type and I think we had pretty mild jalapenos in this batch. Still pretty good, though!
