That Salmon looks amazing. Tuna always looks amazing but the Salmon just keeps grabbing my attention. Wow!

A first for me today. Thought that fruit sushi could be good... or terrible. It's GREAT! Replace the rice vinegar with coconut milk and the nori with rice paper, then add your fruity faves! Behold...
