It's a Swineapple. A hollowed out pineapple stuffed with pork and wrapped with bacon...

Kid grillin. Pie iron sandwiches. A bit over-toasted but still pretty good.

Grilled shrimp marinated in curry-coconut milk (+ shredded coconut added after grilling) and grilled peppers and onions. Gonna have to wait 45 before going to the pool!

It's OK. I have a plan to build a caja China after the move. I'm bringing BBQ to the DR....

Lemme know how BbQ goat is! One of these days I'll have to kill one of our goats. Or as my daughter says, sacrifice him.
