It's a Swineapple. A hollowed out pineapple stuffed with pork and wrapped with bacon...

Kid grillin. Pie iron sandwiches. A bit over-toasted but still pretty good.

Grilled shrimp marinated in curry-coconut milk (+ shredded coconut added after grilling) and grilled peppers and onions. Gonna have to wait 45 before going to the pool!

It's OK. I have a plan to build a caja China after the move. I'm bringing BBQ to the DR....
