Added some fresh onions from the garden, as well.

Burgers, shrimp, and onions, paired with some deep fried onion wheels and potato slices... and beer.

Cod for fish tacos. Squeezed lime on in spades and combined with red cabbage slaw (mayo, salt, guajillo powder, coriander) and Avo wedges. Great

The wife and I took another cooking class tonight, program entitled Deep Blue Sea, which included grilled, bacon-wrapped scallops. Mighty fine!

Do it with rosemary stems instead of wooden skewers. You can thank me later....

Bought a stovetop smoker a few weeks ago. Works great! You get all the aroma, but none, really, of the smoke in the house. Subsequently ordered these three "flavorings" and I am eager to slam a slab of salmon on it!

Some stovetop smoked salmon, using apple wood chips. Pretty darn tasty... Mesquite is next.

Well, the apple smoke chips worked pretty well, but the mesquite chips kicked their rears! Gonna try hickory later this weekend.
