What makes you think I wasn't selling them? :D
White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise....

My wife showed me that a couple of months ago (maybe 1?). It is the saddest, scariest illumination of poverty I think I've ever read. There's been some rough ones but this takes the cake for me. Unbelievable.

I see that daily.. It what i do. I can tell you its all about untreated mental health and very little with poverty. I get patients daily who refuse.. Yes refuse to take advantage of free treatment and medication but instead self medicate with alcohol and drugs. 90% get ssi or ssd benefits which is enough to cover group home living where they get 24hr assistance. Most refuse because they want to spend the money on other ... Things... Beam me up Scotty

Im a social worker at a hospital. Before that i was an investigator at child protective services. I pretty much spend my work time in poverty or mental health black holes
