We're officially under contract now. Home inspection is on Sunday. The buyers have until next Tuesday to rescind the offer/back out for any - or no - reason without a loss of deposit. Assuming all goes well, we'll be closing on June 10th.

Let's wait until their time is up for backing out before we pin up any posts . I feel a little wary with these buyers at the moment.

Today is our 21st wedding anniversary, and we spent it absolutely killing ourselves cleaning out a 120° attic....and I did my share by screwing up something electrical when changing out a few outlets. Awesome way to celebrate.

Home, pest, wind mitigation, and septic inspections are all done....inspection period for the buyers has ended. We are officially under contract. Woohoo!

5 days, 24 showings, 7 offers. Done. We are scheduled to close June 10th. My last day of work with my current employer is June 12th.
