I remember one of the first times I spoke with Zed, I thought I was being cheeky by telling him that my Brother in Law calls Canada "America Jr". His comment above seems to be a typed version of the spoken response he gave to me. 
FYI, I'm pretty sure I can hear him grumble in annoyance from here.
