That tootsie roll/cigar banding caused a lot of stir online for Dave Garrofalo, which I agreed with. If you are trying to keep the government off your back, BECAUSE they are always about keeping cigars from "children", then why in the hell are you making them look like candy !!??

Wow, that's a legit packaging? While I agree that it's just a goofy spoof, I completely agree with Zed. It is just not smart in this age.
