The dude working the corner by our house fashioned himself a sombrero out of what appears to be a pizza box....

I don't know why exactly but this made me sniffle a bit. Nice story between the Dominicans and Venezuelans.

Hey @Stewmuse....you wouldn't even recognize the road to Palo Alto now. They're working hard and fast, widening and leveling. I think they're truly going to pave the thing! It's a dream to drive now compared to your last visit.

That is truly, truly awesome. That one curve, in particular, that was was literally falling away down the mountainside really made me afraid for you and everyone who had to travel. Maybe I'll bring my bike... Or some roller blades!
