Kip, worked on the pipe this weekend. Added a Delrin plug between the tenon and the shank. The tenon now butts up against the plug and the plug against the shank. Got it drilled pretty well. A tiny lathe would have come in handy, but I have enough toys. Tried the GLPease Robusto that I just received and no tongue bite, the burn was much better and almost no moisture on the pipe cleaner in the end. Thanks for the guidance. More to come on the Robusto.
