Next time, line up on that BIG white ball. Should be easier to hit...

Tee hee. My most maddest of golfing skills were workin' well at the outing, so I could have even played with a smaller ball!

Nice! Had time for 9 holes after work today and shot a 45. That's real good for me;)

If it's real good for you - whether 45, 35, or 55 - that's what makes it enjoyable. Not even the most perfect weather and foursome will outdo a scrappily-played round for me.

What a course! So, what's the deal with this thing again? Your family comes in from overseas and plays against all of you?

I've never even picked up a golf club, but have ridden around a few courses smoking cigars and making fun of my cohorts. I'd gladly spend a day doing that on that course. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Yep! We played 6 courses in 6 days; scrambles, best balls, and one-on-one match plays. This was the first time the UPRC was held in the states, and also the fist US loss in 4 UPRC outings. The 'pachyderm' comes from the fact that we play for a 1880's era tin cup with a toy elephant in it that has been sitting on my English Grandma's mantel for the last 35 years. Tomfoolery, drunkeness, and a general great time is had by all.
