Hey in 2020 I’ll take a win wherever I can get one. Apparently the pre approval thing that everyone feared isn’t going to happen.

Small reprieve but they can come right back around on this one:
"Judge Mehta has sent that part of the FDA’s Final Deeming Rule back to the agency for further review."
