Two Big Shop Exclusives Heading to North Carolina

Post by Cigar_Coop » Mon Sep 01, 2014 4:48 pm

We had a couple of "first stories" over the past ten days of shop exclusive cigars coming to North Carolina.

RoMa Craft Tobac Intemperance BA XXI Revenge

This is a box-pressed version of "Breach of the Peace". It is coming to Outland Cigars in Charlotte in October. It will be their shop exclusive, but it will also be available for RoMa Craft to bring to some events. Skip Martin did say he has no plans to do the EC version because of how fragile the wrapper is.

It's a reblend, but the brand is coming back. It will be sold and distributed out Pipe and Pint in Greensboro NC. I smoked it, and its fantastic. It is pretty close to the original, and I think it has the potential to great.

So the question is, did he succeed with his mild/flavorful goal? Milder sticks tend to run soft and subtle on flavors. That's not to say they're not full flavored, mind you. I just expect more bready, sweet flavors than dark earthy woodiness. No?
