A light at the end of the tunnel? Hope so.
Anybody listen to the Cigar Chat episode with the head guy from Villiger? He talked about how the cigar biz needs regulating. Thoughts on that?

I didn't like that guy's view on that. He seemed to want outside regulation instead of internal regulation like the scotch industry.
