Terrible and crippling blow.
However, this article doesn't mention that the battle is not over. This will now be heading to the legislative route as per Glynn Loope during the interview we did a couple of weeks ago on Stogie Geeks. While the fight isn't over, this is going to be a long uphill battle going this route. I expect this fight in Nebraska will be one of the big ones in 2015.
