Will the real Brazilia please stand up?

Whatever floats yer boat....as long as it's cigar related.

Not gorgeous but user friendly! Our new stick will sit just a couple of days (remember that the Brazilia's leave were already smokeable) before it's ready to go!

You're a big asset to have around here, and I'm not even being facetious. Not even gonna make the joke that's screaming to be said.....

Now that this is done, can you please do it again and show me which leaves you left out/swapped? You dropped down to a 48 from a 56 (I believe) and added a seco piece. Was anything lost or were you able to reuse all original filler components and still have room for the seco? Also, did you consider turning the leaves upside down? I'd be curious how the blend progressed if smoked from stem to tip instead of originally how rolled.

Craig, there was no specific plan except to try and even out the relative spacing of all the leaves. Many of the Brazilia leaves were very dry and crumpled from the initial rolling, so they created lumps in the new cigar, hence the need to add leaf for regular appearance and draw. I used most all of the Brazilia leaves, just discarding the smaller bits that broke or crumbled away. It's a much smaller ring, yes, but also two inches longer, so it works out okay using most all of the Brazilia.
