Well the old Cigar of the day thread was getting a bit crowded-going back I think over 2 years now. Here is an attempt to start a new one for 2019!
I got this from Mike Stewart and I must say sir your skill has greatly improved these last 5 years. Smaller ring cigars I am sure are tricky and this one behaved like a champ outside today. Nice good looking stick that corrected its own burn without touch ups and had a creamy note with a floral spice on the retro.. perhaps a soft white pepper. Honestly it could pass as something from a major factory with the snazzy band you put on it (ebay?), and the only clue otherwise may be the tape holding said band on. Bravo sir!

Re: Cigar of the Day 2019
Thanks, DC, and yes, the band came from eBay. Lots of older labels are available, tho they are almost always sized to fit small ring gauge cigars (less than 46 to fit comfortably).815DC wrote: ↑Sat Feb 02, 2019 5:37 pmWell the old Cigar of the day thread was getting a bit crowded-going back I think over 2 years now. I still think it's better than the Encore (COTY). Maybe it's just me. Enjoy
