The other Night's Delight.

Monte Especiale '16

Had this "Bad Boy" for my birthday this year. Started off mild, but made a great impression quickly. Image

A RP Fifteenth Anniversary tubo that my father in law gave me for Easter. It was wet as sin and young but still had those peanut flavors that I enjoy from the blend. It got a little acrid early so I changed it out for a Don Carlos Robusto. These aren't my favorite Fuente but certainly are high up on the list. Never seems to disappoint.

What I had during Easter and a quick trip to Arkansas with my dad to help him with some house stuff. The Park Ave is a good yardgar/mild offering at a low price point from Gurkha. The Rocky Corojo Edge (thanks Frank) was solid both the night I lit it and the next day as I abandoned cigar due to being bombarded by insects. The Fallen Angel was a bit more peppery then I recall and I didn't get any of the sweetness the early robustos in the line had. However, sometimes AJ's torpedos carry a different flavor profile than his normal sticks for me for some reason so here's hoping. I didn't actually get to the Cuba Libre, but the year is still young.

This is awesome insight that I've not acquired personally. Thanks for sharing. It's just the type of thing i *love* learning about.
