Alright, no one has put this question out there in this forum, so what findings did you come across this past year ?

Best cigar of 2018:
Pretty obvious on this; the one you thought tasted the best, as that is pretty much why we all smoke cigars.

Most memorable cigar of 2018:
The cigar that really stuck out in your mind for whatever reason. Maybe you remember it for the company you had it with, or the place you were. It may not have been the best, but the experience was.

Anything new you found, you must now always have stock of:
Self explanetory.

I'm with Preacher. I'm going to have to think on it a touch. I'm posting to save it for later.

Best? Here are three:
My first Partagas Legend Fabuloso was exactly that, though subsequent ones were nit as good.
Avo Syncro Nicaragua toro is consistently awesome.
Illusione CG4 that I got through Craig’s friend in Texas is also a top candidate.

Most memorable? Also an Avo Syncro Nic smoked while on a team scramble golf outing this past June with some cigar, golf, and musician pals.

New that’s now always in stock? Hoyo La Amistad Black Rothschild by AJ Fernandez. Good, med-full smoke, 4.5 x 50.

Best:
Upmann Connouseur A
These are just so consistantly good, but at some point I had one that was just amaze.

Most memorable:
Partagas Serie E No.2
I had this while smoking poolside in January last year in Varadero. I remember how good it was, and how I didn't have any. It was the perfect temp out, there was people, and my kids, in the pool having fun. Everything alligned to make it just that perfect cigar-experience.

Must have:
Parti E2
That cigar stuck out as something I needed more of, so I got a lonely box this past trip down south. They have not dissapointed. Classy, smooth, but a touch of powerful youth that I don't mind in this blend. The rich finish is wonderful.

Best:

Alex Gonzalez Lonsdale fresh rolled was amazing, easily my #1 for 2018. My #1 NC is the Southern Draw Kudzu, really embodied everything I love in a cigar.

Most memorable:

An Odyssey Habano that had been sitting in a box on a fishing boat for a year. It was on a hot summer afternoon while commercial fishing. My brother in law and I were delivering our catch to one of the larger boats that then ferry our fish to our buyer. When we arrived they were lounging on deck smoking cigars, obviously I was interested. They offered us some to which I said yes to but then they said the cigars hadn’t been in a humidor but in the original box sitting in the cabin since last year.
I was undecided then about wanting to try these cigars but my curiosity got the better of me and I took some.
We went back to check the nets again and I lit one up. It was surprisingly good, nothing amazing but I expected a lot worse. The most memorable cigar experience was being surprised by a good cigar on an absolutely gorgeous day on the river catching Salmon!

Best: Illusione OneOff Corona Gorda (through 3 boxes — and in trouble with the wife lol)

Memorable: EPC Encore Valientes (through two boxes)

New: though not “new” — rekindled love for all things Aganorsa

Boy, this one is still tough to answer. I smoke so many cigars in my truck while driving around for work. They're companions and not necessarily the focus. I know when I've got my hands on a brilliant one but for some reason the brilliant ones don't seem to "stay with me". If that makes sense.

I'd guess the best and most memorable cigars I smoked last year were probably from the box of Tatuaje Regios I opened for the show. They were approaching perfection from a Nicaraguan cigar. Really, really special. I can remember a few in the truck I loved as well but none were as memorable as that sample on the recording. I believe I commented that one or two other cigars were incredible early in the year but I dont' seem to recall which. Regarding a stick that's memorable, I think it's that same Tat. I've always enjoyed Tat's but never been a fanboy. They're enjoyable, well made, consistent, etc. All of the things we want a cigar to be. They just typically lack that "wow" factor. That Regio did not lack anything. That, along with the fact that I bought it right after visiting La Estrella and the MF ffactory, was pretty damn unbelievable.
