Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

What a nice morning. Snow on the ground, over 20F with no wind, and the beginning of my first weekend off in months. Actually I thought I would be able to grab 5 days off with the holiday, but we are down an employee so 2 days off it is and back for MLK.

Had one of these Lew's Smokers from JR. Got through 1/2 before I decided as nice as 20 something degrees was it was still below freezing  What I had showed promise as a good cigar to putz around with- fishing, yardwork, top of the cooler so why not, etc... Mild enough stick with some white pepper on the retro and an earthy note to it.

Braving the “frozen tundra” to burn up some yard waste and enjoy a cigar. Just like in the DR...?

I dunno what you're talking about. It's only 28 degrees here.*

Killing some time with DE Nasty Fritas. This is a really smooth and mellow cigar, nothing like its older brother, Papas Fritas.

Remember listening to an episode awhile back and Kip saying he enjoyed these and Craig did not. LOVE THEM! Image
