Geography vs. Cigars

So... Kip! Now that you've been back stateside for a bit, are you noticing any distinct flavor differences? Or are Florida and Tennessee just pretty tropical this time of year?

Only been in Florida thus far. I haven't noticed a difference.....however, I've had very few cigars yet, and nine that are overly familiar.

I'll report back once I do.

And? I tend to subscribe to Dale Rousch's theory that environment greatly impacts enjoyment. Anything familiar feel not so?

Historically, I've held tight to the same notion as Dale. I always thought that altitude (and, hence, O2 mix) somehow matters. Cigars *always* tasted different in Tennessee vs. Florida.

This trip, I didn't really notice - *however*, I was smoking fewer cigars AND predominantly cigars I'd not had in a great while. So, my notion of what those cigars should taste like was likely skewed.
