What the hell is going on with Gran Habano?! How is the government legally able to take their name away? Is this a slippery slope? I can't imagine companies with Cuba or Cuban in their name would be far off. This scares the shit out of me.

Plus the fact that in most cases of trademarks related to Cuba, they don't stand up in US courts since they (technically) have no market here. I'll wager GH will win, but the government will continue to stretch its "authority"
