Oh man it was so good!! Do you recall how new that one was? It was at times surprisingly spicy and at others incredibly mocha-ish. Or maybe my palate was just dancing a jig all over the place out of sheer joy!

Last nights Delights No.2
Upmann Connie No.1 Sept '12
Love these now. They are starting to mellow out and develope a smooth tobacco and brown sugar characteristic.

That's a 10+ year old Anniversary. I bought the box from a friend who smokes primarily Cubans. He respected them but said he hadn't smoked from the box in years and wanted to unload them for something. I think I paid him $80 for like 23 cigars. That was back in 09 I believe and he'd thought they were 4 or 5 years old at that point. Conservative bet is 2005.

Glad you enjoyed!

The best cigar I ever smoked was a 5 year old '64 Imperial (toro). This one was TOTALLY different; more complex, at times bolder, and deeper/darker flavor profile. Great smoke for sure.

Good morning smoke. Didn't like it 6 months ago, but now it's pretty nice with coffee.
