Re: Cigar(s) O' the Day - Part Deux
Thanks for the compliments, gents. I do smoke a lot of my own, but I'm going with one of all-time faves from Don Pepin.

This is going down....right....now...

Todays Delights.
1- Casa Trompeta petite corona
Too much connetticut tobacco for me. I have figured out that conn. tobacco is very agresive on my palate. Not a bad cigar, just not what I prefer. It had its moments of brilliance.
Four Kicks No.5
Love these. They only get better with some age.

Birthday cigar and drink. 14 month old Anejo 48.

Thursdays Delights
Cabaiguan Maduro Junior '09
Age has smoothed these out beyond my profile for this cigar. Still pretty good, just not what it used to be.
Quesada 40th Corona Classica
Craig needs to try this one. It is a different blend than the rest. It is almost a unnanimous vote for this size over all the others in this line. I personally don't like these. Too much spice and bitterness. It tastes like a connetticut wrapper, which is not my favorite.

Last nights Delight.
Montecristo No.5 '05
Pretty good Monte flavors. Not too different from the rest of the line, just shorter.
Fernandez Custom Roll '14 Churchill
Not bad. Clean flavors, nothing special or amazing. Finished well though.

Gonna need some extra "strength" for a long, late gig tonight. This should do it...
