There is already a black market for this. They don't legally sell it now but I know of 4 cigars made with it already. Only two are available commercially and neither is publically discussed as containing it.
You sure? I've heard rumors of Cuban tobacco in non cuban cigars but figured it was bs.

I'm certain. I know of two rarities in the past, and one current production line....
