I Had a Casa Cuba Flor Fina last night at a buddies home, this is my first one. Lovely cigar, medium body, a bit herbal but a definite pepper spice on the retrohale. This is a cigar I would go out of my way to look for.

A fantastic cigar. Though, I'm not familiar with the 100"x600rg shown in that picture.

Going between an iPhone and a Dell laptop made for a difficult photo sizing. That Casa was about 6 x 50

I fixed it. The attachment feature on the forum is a fickle mistress. It sometimes goes haywire and posts an image of epic proportion.

Back to the topic at hand: I agree on the Casa Cuba. It's one of my favorite Fuente lines. I've gone back and forth a couple times, but I believe I've settled firmly in the "hoard 'em" camp.

Hmm. Just realized I've used the word fickle twice before 11 am today. Next occurrence will get a "capricious" instead.

I quite enjoy the Casa Cuba as well. I picked up a box of Doble Seis, although to enjoy the Doble Cuatro size more.

I want to do a horizontal review across all vitolas. I've had some amazing and some standard versions on multiple occasions. I want to know if it is vitola specific.

In my experience the double 6 was very boring. To give some context, the flor de las Antillas is boring to me also

Did the one you smoked have the pre release bands? The ones with and without tasted slightly different to me. My box was from the first release(Nov-Dec 2013?), and I smoked one recently and it has improved greatly.
